HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

STEP ONE

In our store, simply choose which coffee you like and the quantity.

STEP TWO

Click the Subscribe and Save button. Here you will have the choice of having your fresh coffee delivered weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.

Another option is prepay your subscription for a year. Here you also have the choice of having your fresh coffee delivered weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.

STEP THREE

Check out and pay as normal through your cart. You're done!

Your next order will be automatically fulfilled, mailed and billed to your account – matching your delivery frequency.

Rest assured, you can change, pause or cancel your subscription at anytime.

HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

After you start a subscription, you will receive a subscription confirmation email. In this email, there will be a "View Subscription" button. Simply click this link to view your customer portal and subscription status. 

In your customer portal you can edit your subscription – adding or subtracting product, pausing your subscription, or cancel altogether.
